将目标工程编译为字节码，方便在c++移植时使用。

需要注意的：

不同版本的emscripten编译的字节码文件是不同的，不能通用。同一版本的可以通用

编译指令：

emconfigure ./configure --perfix=/home/libiconv/emmake make

很简单，等待结束即可。

问题1：
